Playlist #137

New playlist for the week, last time on a Monday I think.

Toots Hibbert passed earlier this year, and this song seems like a good enough anthem for the times.

The new Meg album is fun and this is a great diss track. In addition to the Meg song, there are two more Houston classics. Between these albums and a Screw tape, I was listening to a bunch of Houston music this week.

The Saweetie/Jenhne Aiko song rounds it out.

As mentioned, I think I am gonna start trying to put these out on Thursdays, it lines up more with my “listening week” vs. a Monday post.
